The media plays a huge role in influencing our attitudes in every area of our lives. Whether it is by looking at photographs on the front pages of newspapers or reading in-depth reports we often blindly accept and trust what we are presented with. Unfortunately, we can often be misled – as we have posted about before here, there is a bias that can control and steer our beliefs and we need to be aware of this.
Israel is arguably more on the receiving end of the media bias than any other nation. Images are used, along with misleading headlines to spread false accusations and lies against Israel as well as creating unfair and biased attitudes. It can be easy to fall into the trap that the media portray drawing you along in their propaganda! In many cases, the media itself, rather than being the architect of manipulation is itself the victim of being gullible and have themselves being deceived by those they receive their stories from. It is important to be constantly alert to the tactics used in the media so journalistic bias does not fool us. We stress that we are not saying Israel is innocent to everything that is reported – however, it is important to understand the truth about Israel and the growing spiritual battle that is coming against Israel in these end times.
