There have been reports of weird noises from around the world for some years now that remain unexplained. As you can hear from the footage in this article from the Mail Online these alarming noises are very loud and have been described as trumpets or brass instruments from an orchestra.
The article does list a number of possible theories including tectonic plates grinding and atmospheric pressure, then lastly this one…
It probably goes without saying that this theory will likely be scoffed at by the majority, but whatever the explanation for the noises, this will interest those who are familiar with Bible prophecy as there are many passages (especially Rev 8-11) that speak of the sound of the trumpet as a warning of imminent judgment.
And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. (Revelation 8:2)
Is it possible that these noises are some kind of prelude to this? We cannot say as we are sure there will be no doubts when that real trumpet sounds, however, maybe the Lord is trying to get our attention?!
Either way, there are plenty of other signs worldwide that should cause many to take notice, as we demonstrate – Are we living in the end times?
Scripture states that there will be a last trumpet sound to usher in the rapture of the faithful Church:
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: (1 Thessalonians 4:16)
Additionally, Scripture talks of the creation ‘groaning’ due to its present fallen condition – this alludes to the fact the when Jesus returns, He will restore the broken planet and create a paradise for His followers to enjoy. Until then, the world will sound as though it is creaking in pain which could be more literal than we imagine!
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. (Romans 8:22)
In summary, there is enough evidence in the Bible to conclude that strange noises could be part of God’s method of warning mankind of impending judgment and that the world is reaching a climax. If this is from the Lord, this may increase in frequency and intensity – it is therefore wise to keep the Bible in one hand and our newspapers in the other as there are a multitude of reasons to suspect that this present age could soon reach an end which will result in an appointment with our Creator – are you ready for this?!
