You see, God will tap on the heart of every individual and give them an opportunity to respond. If they choose to refuse to accept God’s forgiveness, God may well give up on them and hand them over to an eternity with the consequences of rebellion. If you feel God tapping on your shoulder, please respond in repentance and let God do the transforming – God is just and has to punish sin but wants His children to respond to the loving offer of grace. Why wait until tomorrow? Tomorrow may be too late…
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
