The imminence of the Lord’s return is a theme that runs throughout the NT. When Jesus said he would return soon, he meant ‘quickly’ as opposed to ‘immediately’. Immediately means straight away, while quickly means that when it does happen it will happen fast. This is an important distinction – when Jesus says he is coming soon, he means that when the events associated with his return unravel, they will unravel very fast!
One of the things that make our moment in history very exciting is that there are many signs associated with the Lord’s return that are uniquely falling into place in our time. This is important given Jesus’… Continue reading

As the COVID pandemic continues to disrupt every continent on the planet, there are ambitious plans being put in place to improve the state of the world. The COVID crisis has created a window of opportunity to change the world for the better. We are told that time is running out and that we cannot miss this opportunity. It seems now is the time for The Great Reset.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) says:
Friday was VE Day which marked 75 years since the formal end of World War 2 in Europe. When we look at the horrific impact of WW2 – 60-80 million people died, 6 million of those were Jews – it’s hard to see any positives. Whatever events we see in the world around us it’s important to put our trust in God as we can easily let world events distract us from our creator. God’s plans will not be stopped as we see the stage being set for the coming King.… Continue reading

There is a project underway across China that should grab the attention of every Christian who takes Bible Prophecy seriously – it’s called the ‘Social Credit System’. Furthermore, it should grab the attention of anyone who values the freedom and liberty of humankind.
First announced back in 2014, this project is designed to secure the obedience and trust of the population by ranking them on a points system – in a nutshell, this acts as a mechanism of distinguishing the ‘good’ citizens from the ‘bad’ ones. Each citizen has a personal score which goes up for desirable behaviours and down for misdemeanours. Those with high scores can benefit from… Continue reading
In our world of fast-paced change, the way financial transactions take place has evolved dramatically in recent years. Chequebooks are almost a thing of the past and the concerted push towards a cashless society will inevitably gather pace in the near future. Advances in technology are making cashless payments easier by the day whilst improved counterfeiting techniques and will continue to fuel this trend away from cash – this is being further accelerated by a perception that moving away from the paper currency will reduce financial crime. This prompts questions around cryptocurrencies and end times scenarios.
However, there are serious problems with electronic financial transactions as they have proven to… Continue reading
