The situation in Syria is terrible at present and the city of Damascus occupies much content of international news reporting. There is a very well-known prophecy concerning Damascus in Isaiah 17 which has never been fulfilled. This has been the subject of some of our previous blogs (here and here).

We believe this is true of Darwinian evolutionists. Many brush off or neglect the fact that Darwin had his own doubts and recognized there were many gaps in his evidence – Darwin believed/hoped that the missing evidence would subsequently need be discovered – it never has! As Western nations debate how to tackle the Syrian chemical weapon situation, it highlights an interesting truth – the undeniable hatred of Israel by their surrounding Arab neighbours. These neighbours are unabashed in stating that if there is a strike against Damascus (and it does not matter who carries out the strikes) they will attack Israel.
