Our Beliefs

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Therefore, it is the supreme and ultimate authority on all matters relating to faith and conduct.
We believe that God exists and has revealed Himself in three co-equal persons; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe God is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe as revealed in the creation accounts.
We believe in the full divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ and in His virgin birth. We also believe He was fully human and lived a completely sinless life.
We believe in His authoritative teaching, in His substitutionary and atoning sacrifice through His shed blood followed by His bodily resurrection.
We believe He ascended to the right hand of the Father, in His heavenly intercession and in His imminent return to receive His church and to establish His millennial kingdom.
We believe that salvation is available to all, that it includes justification, sanctification and glorification.
We believe that repentance for sin and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ are essential to salvation and that the repentant sinner is thereby justified by faith alone and that this is evidenced in holy living.
We believe that the times we are currently living in point exclusively toward the close of ‘the times of the Gentiles’.
We believe the return of the Lord Jesus is imminent, that the completed Church (Body of Christ) will be ‘raptured’ to meet the Lord in the air before the ‘day of the Lord’. After this, the Lord Jesus Christ will reign for a thousand years upon the restored earth.
We believe Israel is being regathered to her own land in unbelief and will be afterwards converted as she repents, recognising Christ as the Messiah – as such, we believe in the fulfilment of the prophetic promises concerning the Jews and Israel.
We believe that the message of the imminent return of Christ is the greatest motivation to prayer, holiness of life and evangelism.
We believe that this truth is generally absent in denominational churches in the UK and that this is a great tragedy and disservice to Christ.
We believe in the fallen condition of the world due to the voluntary rebellion of mankind. As such, mankind is subject to the wrath of God.
We believe every human being will appear for judgment before Christ, to receive either the eternal salvation of the redeemed in Christ or the eternal punishment in hell of those who ignored or who have rejected His offer of salvation.
